I don't disagree with anything you say. I understand risk probably as well or better than anyone, I trade futures and have for many years and invest in penny stocks. My point is with penny stocks or any other investment you should be able to obtain credible information and the least that should be expected or tolerated is a management who is friendly with shareholders. If they won't answer basic shareholder questions and you can't get basic information then I look elsewhere. I usually take fairly large positions so I attempt to find the best of the best. To each their own but I was simply trying to find out specific reasons that make you high on this stock. I believe the Daviss did sell in November. Regarding Millington if you research that press release I believe you will find conversations have taken place between the parties, but really nothing that would be considered negotiations. Government approval has to be received first and then approval for financing to acquire the facility.
