Actually, I had not posted it. Rather, I read the S1 cover to cover (not just flipped through it, as one prick implied). I was amazed at all of the crim names involved and their past histories. Since freeedgar does not have it, perhaps someone else can provide a link since it was obviously filed as IFLY was IPO'd recently. Thanks for at least trying to go there.

If no one has provided the info by the time the market opens, I will go to Bloomberg and get the file on Monday or Tuesday (and post at a very opportune time) which most assuredly will have it, as it has even the most arcane names. But surely someone can find it before then? I mean IF I were long I would want to know before the open.....
