Swordsman,I have never insulted anyone personally on this thread,the same certainly can't be said for the reverse..If posting info from the company's filings is considered an insult to some,well, there isn't much I can do about that..There is an amazing web of acquisitions,loans,options,options already adjusted and rule 144 stock(which is also adjustable on April 30, 2000,if price doesn't hit $2.50),which near as I can figure, has been carried along with the company,regardless of the company's name change and reverse split.To be honest,it would be very difficult to total all previously issued (before the recent s-8's)options and rule 144 stock. It appears to be a common thread of kill the messenger here,that is unfortunate,yet the touting is supposed to go unanswered...it is a shame,I relinquish the floor and will go back to lurking,unless findstock wants to keep posting me blank posts....DD |
