- Ya know, what I really dislike about IRIS is that it may not offer any increased productivity.

- If the "phone-in" method handles 4 callers per hour; and IRIS handles 4 callers per hour, what good is it?

- Finally, IFLY's biggest profit center is the Federal Express charges. It costs the buyer like $15; and IFLY pays Fed Ex like $10; and the other $5 is pure profit. But someone posted that with IRIS, there's no delivery charge. If not, this IRIS could actually be a real money loser for IFLY.
