In response to one comment you made... "...Keep in mind that this stock is a bulletin board stock for a reason...." There are many reasons for a company to be "BB" stocks. From investing, trading and researching many "bb" internet companies, I'd say the big reasons for going the "bb" route rather than more conventional venture capital and IPO routes are money and control. Going public as a "bb" gives immediate access to capital without relinquishing control and ownership to venture capitalists. Please refer to this link of another post of mine... Message 6905685 Z
