What a line of bullshit. Are you suggesting BDO would not sign off and the SEC would? The SEC does not do audits. To clarify, they would only approve the format, not the content. Why wasn't the land appraised if it is so valuable??? And the best of both worlds assumes the Dror Trust hasn't dumped the shares, which I would bet they have. Is this some kind of last ditch attempt to create demand prior to a reverse? Do those authorized preferred shares set the stage? Each of your arguments have all been made before, But now all any potential investor needs to do is read the 10SB and make their own judgement. jmt
