Not familiar with this particular case, Gus. I expect thhe CFO there will make sure they take full advantage of the tax benefits. I have a soft spot for Ampex since I used their equipment in the Air Force back in the 60's, and bought their (pre-takeover) stock in October 74. Looks like I should get in again. Hope someone else has the answer on the tax-loss restrictions.... OLE
