Amending this after some research, not afraid to admit to an error if there is one: CNN December 97

At this time I don't know if she's in jail or not, perhaps someone else could answer that. Cosby should have provided dna samples before the jury's verdict in my opinion, not after she was sentenced.

It never should have gone that far... especially since Cosby admitted intimately knowing the mother. He should have volunteered to cross dna samples before a court challenge. Autumn's mother raised her to believe Cosby was the father, who's to blame when a child wants to know their parents? And who's to blame when Cosby refuses to provide a simple and dignified solution to that question?

As to Cosby being a great humorist and American.. you bet he is.

Sexual morality is not the bait and judgement to being a citizen, a good father, or a contributor to one's community. Nor is it the test for being able to serve one's country in office except as it allows voters to express their choice in elections.
