To all: I have been lurking on this thread for a while & finally decided to post. This industry & especially SNMM is very exciting. I recently took a small position with an order to buy more on a small dip. Here are some comments & questions. Net earnings for the 6 months ended 10/31/98 were $248,000 producing E.P.S. of $.01. I assume E.P.S. are based on 22.4M fully diluted shares outstanding. I read that management forecasts $.10 E.P.S. for the year ended 4/30/99 on about $10M of net revenues. Could anyone tell me how you can get to $.10 using 10M revenue. Does the $10M include revenue from the Porn division & what percentage of the net income is coming from the porn. division. I cannot get my numbers to show $.09 per share of earnings in the next 6 months using 22.4M shares outstanding. Will earnings not be reported on a fully diluted basis? Help! Joel K.
