MAX, there backgrounds are solid. Who the underwriter is, doesn't matter at this point. I don't like First London either as an underwriter, but they are not a retail firm anyway, they are in the business of raising money and trading for large accounts. One of the nice things about IFLY is that there is no longer an AXE in the stock and there hasn't been one for some time. IFLY is well distributed and liquid.
