i would agree that it certainly says something about management when they allow such a piece to be written and provide info(although if this is their view on the uranium market, than it should scare the hell out the shareholders as it is contrary to every other uranium company.)However, when any person writes an article, be it truthful or not, they have some responsibility, if not legal, than moral. That is not to say the deal won't collapse, that is the risk a stockholder must take, but intent to produce a decent piece of work must be there. Do you not feel that if you publish crap after crap, your name does not get tarnished?
In this case it is not such a big deal because mr metals can just change his name and pump out more crap. It does however effect the potential investor who thinks they are receiving accurate information, only to find it is a load of crap, and mr metals is blowing out stock into naive investors hands. Shame on mr metals and SMR for the crap both are responsible for. Food for thought for any investor.
