CNBC reports lots of consolidation in 1999 and TMAR is buyout candidate. With a triple bottom in the 4-range and a buyout potential and renewed vigor among the oil producing nations to limit production, this could be a nice bet for appreciation. PE is only 2.5 Good luck all, DAVE
