If I am not mistaken, I believe it was TJoe's idea to "help" you. Several other members decided to pitch in after he mentioned the idea.
Have you ever considered that TJoe made an honest mistake in saying that you are not a member? Did he have your real name, for example. Well, in any case, after the statements you just made about TJoe, I am sure that you will no longer be getting any "assistance" from him or any other SA member.
As for implying that you will take Anthoney's advice and sue TJoe, my advice to you is: don't waste your time. You will get nowhere, and likely be sanctioned by the court for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
Although I initially felt sorry for you when I heard of your situation, I no longer do. It is obvious that you needed to be taught this lesson. Why do I say this? Because, instead of looking at yourself for making a bad trade and trying to learn from it, you seek to blame others. This shows that you have yet to learn how to trade properly and prosperously, and your mindset is way off the mark. Psychologically, you are not ready to succeed as a trader.
After you fail in your attempt to recoup your losses through your threatened lawsuit, you will eventually come to re-examine the situation and conclude that you only had yourself to blame for the SKYM trade. At that point, you will have advanced a step in the right direction toward being a better trader.
Thus, believe it or not, you are better off in the long run by not receiving financial assistance from TJoe and/or SA members. If you had received help for your bad trade, you would have concluded in your mind -- consciously or subconsciously -- that TJoe or others were ultimately responsible and, therefore, you got the assistance needed and that it was fully deserved. This would have enforced an erroneous way of thinking and done you much harm over the long haul.
In any event, good luck to you in 1999. Whether you follow Anthony, TJoe, or Guru#745, just remember that you are ultimately responsible for all trades and whether you make or lose money is dependent on your own decisions, skills, and mindset.
