Good morning Mohan-san:

Tonight will be a full moon. The next full moon is on Jan 31st. The second full moon in a month is called BLUE MOON. Hence the expression: "Once in a Blue Moon" since it seldom happens. Seldom happen? Did I write that. The next BLUE MOON is on March 31st.

I was going to calculate the probability of a given month, chosen random has a blue moon. I know that the probability of February has a blue moon is zero. The number of days between two full moons are 29 or 30 days, but when is going to be 29 days and when will it be 30 days. It does not alternate. I never studied moonology. LOL
