Greetings Amy and everyone. I need some help here, so whoever can clarify or comment on this I would appreciate it.

If MKTW IPO goes at say $13 on 2,700,000 the will raise $35,000,000 that is known. But let me use this example:

MKTW IPO ends up closing say in a few days to a week at $80.00 times 2,700,000 that would be Market Capitalization for MKTW of around $216,000,000. With DBCC owning 38.5% of MKTW their share would be $83,160,000 if my figuring is correct. With the current Market Capitalization of DBCC being somewhere around $575,600,000 based on Thursday's close (32.2 million shares X 17 7/8) the Market Capitalization should automatically increase to around $658,735,000 or $20.46 assuming no change in price from Thursday's closing price.

Based on the above are my assumptions correct? Anyone who cares to comment on this, please do!

Best regards,

Bill Fortune III
