You know, the politicians and the advocates don't really want you to quit smoking. They've predicated much of the newer entitlements on your smoking more. So light up. And support someone else's perk or feel-good program.

The most unfortunate thing is that these programs keep getting created and they can never be gotten rid of. As many of the Democrats and liberals on this board and elsewhere, the budget, failed programs, and all else are everyone else's fault. What the hell. They're the take-no-responsibility, instant gratification, someone-else-has-to-pay-for-my-wants special interest group.
