Since freeedgar does not have it, perhaps someone else can provide a link since it was obviously filed as IFLY was IPO'd recently. Thanks for at least trying to go there. If no one has provided the info by the time the market opens, I will go to Bloomberg and get the file on Monday or Tuesday (and post at a very opportune time) which most assuredly will have it, as it has even the most arcane names. But surely someone can find it before then? I mean IF I were long I would want to know before the open.....<<<< Every other post on this board has been from you, going on about the contents of IFLY's S1 form and now you say you can't even find the URL to it? Words fail me...
