Read the filing, and it seemed to me the employee growth was much faster than revenues. More people chasing fewer dollars.

That's right...more people pounding doors selling the product and taking care of business is my thoughts on this.. {Take Microsoft for instance...they hire/use then will release you, once your talents have been utilized}

This figure can change to the (-) side at anytime, in which case....{at least in my book} helps the stock price and all the rest of the numbers, with out hurting {immediately} the company itself. As by then it might be too big to start to think about 're-inventing' the wheel by a group of employees banding together....starting their own.
