On a negative note: The RCI deal appears to be dead.

There are no properties up for auction from RCI at the moment. Cruises seem to have caught on, but time-share rentals did not.

Does anyone know whether there was opt-out on the agreement? If so, who opted out? Onsale took a charge of several hundred thousand to pay RCI for exclusive rights. Seemed like a great idea at the time.
