Doug,

In response to your questions, Partner programs vary according to specific companies and individual agreements. Generally the higher the startup cost the higher the split share for the licensee. Turn-key services provided at little or no cost to operators typically yield returns of zero to 40% with no ceilings to the vendor. Cyberoad Gaming has established maximums whereby after a certain level all proceeds go to the licensee less nominal transaction charges. Starnet licensee agreements vary also with respect to the services they license. Some opt for both the World Gaming sportsbook and casino, others may just offer the casino package. Playstar appears innovative in that they share revenues with web sites who refer traffic to their services. In effect these are partners who incur zero costs for a smaller profit share.
