Those two lousy old tdma dollar bills sure look attractive right now.

Nextel is the "Building & Loan" in a Pottersville whose money still things the old way is the only way.

As the internet is proving in spades, relationships and trust are the drivers of growth going forward.

In a few years we'll be looking back at this period of darkness wondering why the heck so many people sold Nextel down the river.

The problem with these old fashion things like trust and relationships is that you can't value it into the company. The value really belongs to end users. George Bailey knew this value. Sorry to get all syrupy on this point, but I really believe the technology side of this argument is a hollow one. TDMA is the backbone of GSM, the largest world standard.

Within 5+ years ALL these competing standards will interpolate anyway so what's the point.

The point is trust. Nextel has the trust of millions of users who are finding its networks more and more useful.

Just wait for these networks to open up.

3-2-1-BINGO!!! Better buy some of these old $2 bills while they last.
