Hi Realist, First lets address the issue of the Davis'es selling shares. Under "insider trading" on Yahoo of EPEA, it shows a 5,000,000 planed sale in Mar. and another 5,000,000 planed sale in May, of does not show any "sale" of the stocks taking place. Under the SEC rules, a party "insider" filing a 144 has 90 days upon approval to sell, or must "refile" in order to sell, of which there shows no refilling of a 144 by the Davis'es for except their Mar. and May 98 filings. I am very willing to change my belief of this matter if you can show me hard facts that show it different than I stated above. I have over the years received a lot of info from the Davis'es, and been able to see it backed up in the end. The "Start" treaty has been a problem that dates back to 1990 and has up to the last few months has held up the whole works, but the pace of events has pick up in the last few months, from moving the equipment and canisters out of Vandenburg, to getting down to looking for a site for production of the rockets and the important engineering that was completed during 1998. To me, I have a very large position in EPEA, and have brought my average share price down 4-5 times to where is less than the "bid" price today. The potential of this Corporation is ridicules, for they could make more in one year than any of the blue chip stocks made in their first 5 years or more. EPEA Believer*Richard |
