Ed: thanks for the help in the past. Will probably "see you" on the HEC threads. Meantime for everyone else, any confirmation out there that PKC can not trade their HEC for 90 days? Also, sounds as if there will be new management brought in by the Feb AGM. Apparently the head honcho (lipsett?) didn't even show for the extra-ordinary meeting.
