Any thoughts on the outstanding shares now totalling around 70 million? Do you think this could hamper any growth in share value? early in May while that stock was at 1.00+ the company had only 48 million shares outstanding. Which gave them a market cap of roughly 50 million. Now if the stock hits a dollar we get a market cap of roughly 70 million! DOes anyone know how much of the total are stock options that have yet to be excercised? With no announcement being made, and I had expected at least one by now, could we expect the share price to suffer some downward pressure? I had heard they were 'ironing out' the agreement with the company that TMC has been in negotiations with for the past several months. Have you heard any news lately on the subject? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated and here's to a much more prosperous 1999 for TMC. all the best Rhys
