Sounds good, I see you have done quite a bit of research and seem to be comfortable with this management and your investment. You are right, the filing was for a proposed sale. So what do you go on to tell you when they will turn the corner? They probably have very little cash, thus the need for so many shares. If everything goes as expected how do they get the 50 to 60 million in financing.? Are they up to the max issued under their corporate charter so they just reverse split and issue more shares? That's what is so difficult with a company like this. They have very high start up costs and it could be a great company, but you not only have to be right that the company will be a success but the timing has to be perfect as well. Dilution continues until they turn the corner. If you have no access to financials I don't know how you make an intelligent decision regarding your investment. Also if a company is legitimate why not report? This is to the companies benefit as well.
