I concur with your first observation as I myself pointed out the same scenario in my post #4131. I do however think your second observation somewhat underestimates the consequences of poorer Q4 results at least as far as BII is concerned. At the risk of sounding negative or of being a naysayer, I think these results are the "make-it or break-it" for this company. If these results are indeed less than widely expected ($20,000,000 revenue, much larger margins etc.) this company is going to lose a lot of believers. It has had six quarters to prove itself, and although we can overlook these past results due to such considerations as Canadians being 2 or 3 years behind the U.S. in online shopping etc, BII's chances are running out. Not very many are going to want to stick around while daytraders and short sellers play their games upon announcement of poor results, unless of course you happen to be one of these. Going back to what the Chief has stated about "perception" investors generally view positive end-of-year results as a sign of perhaps a positive year ahead. The opposite of this is equally true. Let us make no mistake about it, this is probably BII's LAST chance to show investors that it is making serious inroads in the online auction market, and I believe BII management is well aware of this reality. It is also our ONLY chance to realize a NASDAQ listing before April, so let us hope that the "numbers" at the end of this month speak positively about the company's real potential or else we could all be in for a RUDE AWAKENING!
