Jay,

I read that as well a day or 2 ago and suspect that if it doesen't have them shaking in their boots, it should. If this IPO has name brand backing and any degree of market savvy regarding the streets-----Main and Wall---the folks at Didax have more work cut out for them then they probably planned for, let's say, just a month ago.

That said, imo, this tells me that not just a few folks see $$$ when it comes to offering a portal/aggregator ( whatever we're calling it these days ) to this burgeoning market. That's real good. But what's even better is the recognition and comparisons that are bound to be made in the coming weeks due to this IPO. You know AMEN will be the refernce point and if there is going to be name brand backers than you know that there is going to be oodles of hype cascading all over the darn place in the next few weeks.....and FINALLY some real world analysts will be putting finger to keyboard. Moreover, and I know this may sound pollyannerish, but this should make now for a more focussed and energized Didax management ( not to say that they are not now--I happen to think that AMEN is fortunate to have a CEO at the helm like Bill Parker ) but a little, er, pressure couldn't hurt.

Lastly, if indeed there are major buckaroodies backing Jesus 2000
( BTW, I happen to think the name used in this context a bit distasteful ) then Didax might rethink ( not saying thay have or they are ) a merger with a larger entity if they have offhandedly dismissed such a move/invitation in the past. On that matter I happen to believe that scenario is just a matter of time ; though I suspect that these folks would like to give it a go on their own. Alas, that just might not be in the cards.

When AMEN went public about a year or so ago the INET landscape was perceived in a totally different way then now. A lot of ideas about valuation have flowed under the bridge since then. Imagine AMEN going public today.
