If you had known her longer you would inevitably have noticed irritating things about her. You might have even discovered things you absolutely hated about her. Your imagination is doing a wonderful job building the memory of her- based on the small amount of time you spent with her - into the perfect woman for you. But, imo, there are no perfect people for you. There are good matches, to be sure, but the most important thing is that you marry someone committed to working with you on staying a couple, and that YOU be willing to do this as well. Too many people mistake the infatuation phase of love- thinking they have found a "soul mate"- for the deep mature love that comes from years of compromise, and mutual respect. Instead of looking for someone you feel a spark for, look for a woman who is a friend first, and a lover second.
