Kurt, have you asked Qwest if they can provide a straight PPP account and a list of access numbers? That's all you need in an ISP. A CD full of special installer software is quite unnecessary on a Mac, as all you need has been built-in since sys-8.0 or so. Hooking up thru the PPP & TCP/IP control panels just takes the right settings from your ISP. BTW, Apple uses Earthlink as the default ISP that comes in system software provided with new Macs. I believe ELNK is 2nd largest ISP today behind AOL, so they already have functioning connections that work nicely with a Mac.
