Among many others. ADI looks pretty savvy now days.


Remember, Aware is a pure Intellectual Property (IP) play. They create code for DSL chipsets but they are basically fabless. ADI uses Aware to create the code for their products.

BTW, what I wrote about Amati is truly dated now, so much has happened. But I still write about DSL, mostly doing PR for CLECs doing DSL rollouts. I developed a lot of material for NorthPoint and RedBack, two private companies that will probably IPO this year.

The Inter@ctive Investor article simply said that now was he time to seek out the beaten down stocks that have been ignored because of tulip.com mania. It specifically cited Westell.
