The first verse, is an Angel speaking to Mary, telling her she will have a "Faultless son"=Jesus

The second verse, states that satan, would try to put falsehoods in what would be said but, God, Abolished any falsehoods put in by satan before they were spoke by the prophets.

S:19 V-19 An Angel, says, "Nay", I am only a messenger from thy Lord,(to announce) to thee, the gift of a pure son."

as for your interpertation of the second verse that is pure a mis-understanding on your part.
