John, here's what you failed to compare:

BVSN has profits: $900k on $44m revenues
OMKT has BIG LOSSES: $31m on $65m revenues

I don't know about you but I would rather see less revenues and more profitability than a LOSS.

Additionally, BVSN's sales growth is 10x OMKT (88% to 8%), which explains why BVSN did so much better than OMKT in the marketplace.

My money (truly) is on BVSN (although I did play OMKT for a few small run-ups).

As for Vignette, it is a non-issue, literally.
