One potential member of a jury making comments is one too many. Maybe in this case Clinton IS being held to a higher standard, should there be a trial. How impartial can you be if you have already seen most of the evidence, made comments regarding that evidence, have a political motivation to vote one way or the other, and probably have already made a decision?

I will say it one more time--I do not condone what he did. I just see flaws, serious flaws, in the possible trial.
