AMCX- YES THEY ARE A FULLY REPORTING COMPANY.... DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GETTING YOU INFO FROM really is not that big of a deal ,but let me give you some info from their first quarter filing back in july.... the company reported eps of .02 per share and after 1 time charges of filing they officially broke even......just the fact that they paid one time charges to the sec makes the fact that they are a fully reporting company......plus the standard and poor's listing corporation records in january should add a little bit of validity to their claims,,,,,, reference they did their earning on july 1.......tried to bring back up from yahoo post from matt black for you,but it said expired........ but just to add some info.......i will give you all the names of the companies they aquired in new york,illinois,canada, and the last aquistion from the firm in sarasota.......just have to go through my desk....did not know anyone wanted any info on this company...... HEY,THANKS FOR YOU TIME ON THIS STOCK....
