Colin,

So just how does an individual go about finding an accountant who knows what we need? 2,200 out of 100 million is no incentive for someone to specialize (although there must be more now, the number couldn't be very significant).

I agree HR Block should be avoided, but I have a cousin who works for Arthur Anderson (sp?) and she couldn't help either. I'm beginning to think it doesn't much matter what we put down on a return, it's always going to be wrong by someone's interpretation.
