Susan,
If this is a pure tax play, let's see if they jump back in. I agree with tax selling but I was a little shocked that it was there own company. Time will tell what their motives are but I'm afraid they are not as cut and dried as you are presenting them.

Their selling at such a beaten down price tells me that they don't expect an upside to the stock anytime soon. If I owned 112,000 shares of the stock and expected at least a double soon, I would rather pay taxes. Remember, If you aren't making money, you aren't paying taxes.
