My friend. what you are describing is a FORWARD stock split - not a reverse stock split - and yes - FORWARD stock splits are always very "good" things to have happen to a company - ANY COMPANY!! if the management of this company does decide to do a FORWARD stock split - something (BTW) which i do NOT really think will happen right now - but if it were to happen - then ABSOLUTELY YES - this would be a really GREAT "thing" for all of the shareholders of the company!! however - stop and think about the "scenario" of what you are talking about. the stock price of this company is right now about what - fifty-CENTS ($.50) per share or something like that. OK - if it were to be a ten-to-one (10 - 1) FORWARD stock split - then yes, you're right - if you had one-thousand (1,000) shares of "JVWB" you would now have ten-thousand (10,000) shares of "JVWB" - but the stock price would now be FIVE-CENTS ($.05) per share!! NO - i really don't think so!! not right now anyway. if the stock price of this company gets to be - say - five-DOLLARS ($5.00) per share or ten-DOLLARS ($10.00) per share - then yes - a FORWARD stock split would probably make a lot of sense - and WOW - would we all be rich!! take care, my friend.
