My research indicated TCI has 71% board voting control of ATHM, is your 40% number more current, related to share representation as opposed to board representation, or incorrect? On a related note, if T changes the majority of the board composition of TCI before one year after merger completion, this would constitute change of control of ATHM and render null and void the ATHM exclusivity service clauses with all the other MSOs.
