Charles S. Stein,

Nice to hear from you after a long time. Happy New Year!

You are right. In my case I was fortunate enough to be able to buy more shares as the stock was going down, all the way down to $2. To do that I gradually had to sell all my other holdings. At the end I was 100% in Osicom, and I still am. In this process I ended up with three times as many shares as I had when the reverse split was announced. I broke even at about $8. I intend to hold at least until $50 or so, and then I will reevaluate. I expect to see $50 after or around the time of the 1st. quarter are announcement.

I am sorry that you were unable to follow a similar strategy due to the circumstances that you alluded to in your post. I hope your other investments are doing well. I would still suggest that you look at Osicom once again for a possible position. The only reason I am saying that is because if I had any additional resources I would still put in this stock. As you know, we are still below $6 pre-split.

Regardless, if you still continue to find this story interesting, it will be nice to hear more of your point of view. In comparison to all the longs and shorts here, you may have more reasons to be objective.

Regards,

Afaq Sarwar
