Re:
"therefore we cannot spend the time we would like with each patient.
This is why CPQ has to go up so I can take a year off".

Mangled care has taken a serious toll on my practice. At this point, I am earning more trading/investing/speculating, then practicing.

That's why I shifted a portion of my CPQ to AOL.

Perhaps the biggest mistake was to apply to med school. I should have applied to the Television networks instead. "ER", gets 13 million an episode. Think of how many support staff, supplies and equipment can be purchased with those funds. With global fees, we cannot get paid for surgical aftercare. TV "MD's" get residuals, syndication points, and other perks. Real doctors get squat. Maybe I should become a writer for the show and come up with a new "guest disease", or perhaps develop a new TV medical show. How about "Name that pathogen". "I can name that disease in 3 lab tests". " I can name it in two".. (Hint.... think of "name that tune....".

Best of luck to all for the comming year.

David
