Ames Completes Hills Stores Tender Offer (AMES) - Wire (NewsTraders.com)-- Ames Department Stores (AMES) said it has completed its tender offer for all outstanding shares of Hills Stores at $1.50 per common share, according to Dow Jones Newswires.
