We already know TNT2 will try to implement some geometry acceleration which should smoke Voodoo3 (which will still be processor constrained unless the company has a surprise up its sleeve).

This is the first time I've heard a specific reference to geometry acceleration and TNT2. Do you have a source?

Given nVidia has yet to deliver a product they've formally announced as per spec - what makes you believe they can deliver on rumours?

What is your point about V3 being processor constrained, V2 has been processor constrained since its' introduction. V3 will be twice as fast as two V2's in SLI (the current speed champion which no other card comes close to).

Finally, are you kidding me about the V3 potential? A card that's going to be released within a few months - up to spec - twice as fast as the king of the hill - and costs practically nothing - will be eaten up by the OEMs. A $100 card that is faster than your $4-600 V2 SLI rig WILL sell lots' of cards in retail. If TDFX can deliver what they promise - cha ching baby! Joe C.
