Donald, I think that any conclusions on market moves based on Dec. 31 1998 date may be proven wrong. Several mid-cap and small-cap stocks had a substantial run during the last half hour of trading to the upside. On the other hand several big cap had a run down during same time frame. Therefore I would take the market internals with a grain of salt. BWDIK Haim
