John, the "rumor" of 270 people in the NI plant was started by CEO Lev Dawson. Do you think he would risk a lawsuit by overstating the number of employees? Castle Creek for one have seen the factory with their own eyes and relaxed their terms. Was there another period in Valence history when the headcount at the factory increased from around 60 to 270? If there was, what did the stock price do at the time?

That's about a 450% increase in personnel. If they are chickens, they have been counted. Where there are hundreds of chickens, face it John, you are going to find eggs! You posted that you sold most of your position when the s3 was filed.

It is now apparent that Lines 1 and 2 schedules were not delayed by disclaimers in the registration documents for the the improved financing. You should go back and pick up the candy you dropped before the bullies get it all!

And as Rukheyser said, I hope you get all you deserve plus 20%!
