We know that Mr. B and his parents together control about 55% of Amzn's shares, and KP holds less than 1/3 of their original shares now(they have less than 3 million shares left.) How will KP benefit if Aol acquires Amzn a year from now?? Jan, You and thinking the same way. I believe Kleiner Perkins is exiting AMZN. They still made a killing on the company. Glenn
