Well SGI has the exclusive with hitachi to sell this flatpanel display. Why would SGI give ity bity number nine the rights to sell this into the PC market place????

Well, last septemper, about, SGI was owed a lot of money by nine. They struck a deal and SGI owns 28% of nine in the form or prefered shares at a convertable price of 2.75.

Now nine has 8.3 million common out. The flat panel's sell for srp of 2600. Home many do you have to sell to make a buck of share in revenue??? If nine make a buck a share in revenue and the stock is trading at a buck and a little a share, What happens to the value of nine stock and what happens to the value of SGI's preferred shares.

If SGI got the revenue directly from the flat panel's, would the revenue make much of a difference SGI's total revenue?? Well yes because SGI might lose a little less this quarter. But I don't think it would make much of difference as a percentage of revenue.

I got me 56+K shares of nine a 1 1/8. Go forth and get in on this and make me rich.

I like things that are beautiful. This is a beautiful situation.
