I read the SEC filings, every one of them. What everyone fails to realize is that management said they were thinking about spinning of the web business as a dividend to shareholders. I have heard estimates of what WOOD's current book value is. What would the value of a new company spin off be? Just look at NAVR and how the valuation of NetRadio did to the stock. The big news is current stockholders in NAVR own very little of the outstanding shares. In Madera's case we own 75% of the outstanding stock and insiders own 25%. How do you value a internet conpany? It is not even a asset on the companies books. What would the book value of they company be worth if Woods spin off takes off. I also checked the current SEC 144 filings. There are non. Why would insiders sell if they were going to get 25% of the new spin off. Thanks for your concern though on what I should do with my money. I don't intend to sell because I want my share of the spin off if it happens. I think it does happen because insiders have not sold any stock. Please keep us informed if they do.
