MLRE is not a farce.....
I have been reading all posts on yahoo and your board. I invested in MLRE last week due to idea, press etc. I am a Real Estate Broker in N.J. and have become very nervous about all of the message board negativity. I did a lot of research on the auction emporium this morning in anticipation that I would sell. Here is what I found out. I was able to contact a major broker after about 20 calls to information and various outfits in surrounding areas. The office knew about the auction house because there was an article some time back in the Island Packet. I asked who the island packet was, and was told that it was the Hilton Head Paper ie; large outfit must be reputable. I was also told that the Lease and or sale of buildings WASN'T BEING HANDLED BY A REALTOR, BUT WAS BEING HANDLED BY THE PLANTATION BUSINESS PARK!!!
the office I called was C or Sea PINES REALTY 843-785-3333 I suggest that you delegate one person to verify this instead of everyone calling. Ask for Mary shes there now. I was a trial member of Silicone Investor and just paid $200. to join so that I could give you this important information. ALL SHORTS GET OFF THE BOARD YOU HAVE CAUSED ME 3 SLEEPLESS NIGHTS...Good luck to all..MLRE and holding!!!!!!!!!
