I think I can answer some of your questions about the Berlin listing and the impact on the companies share distribution.

If you have read the companies prospectus, you will note that a warrant issue has been established along with the common market.

I have reliable information that suggests the German Brokerage firm is interested in acquiring a large position, primarily from the warrant market and this would be a very good thing for the company from a financing standpoint.

The Germans should also have an order flow that will extend into the common market too. ie. they won't start to buy the warrants until above the $1.00 level, so they will have to buy in the open market to meet order demand when the listing takes place unless the stock is already trading at above that required level.

Also the float is larger than 380K as updated in the last report from GPS, my estimate is closer to 900K, which would explain some of the increased liquidity over the last months.

Hope this helps.
