Robert B.,

While these posts are interesting, I think they may well overstate the potential of the deal. I will be very happy to be wrong. I pulled these statements from the posts.

>>this deal alone will generate at least approx 5 million new customers for us<<

I guess this assumes a minimum of 5M cards will be sold, since everyone who buys a card can be considered a customer. Personally I think 5M is wildly optimistic. I would be very happy with 1M. Also it should be remembered that many of those who buy the card will just be supporting their kids and will not use it, although all sales ill help in establishing a brand name. I am guessing that each million cards sold may generate 2M CDs sold. So I would conservatively estimate 7M in profits and about 25M in revenues from the BR deal. TSIG has estimated abut twice that much. Now a lot of that profit will be coming in January and February since that is when the kids will be out selling in force.

However, even if my most conservative estimates are met, the deal will be a tremendous success for TSIG. Not only will it bring a nice, quick profit, but it will also bring in a large amount of revenues which will catch the Street's attention. Even more important,IMO, it will clearly demonstrate the successful use of the Card as a fundraising tool to numerous other charitable organizations, who will then be eager to sign on for similar deals!

>>thats why i say we can possibly have 50 million in the bank by march...if only half the leagues do it, which is conservative, we still will gernerate 25 million to the bottom line...i figure cd and tape sales will cover most of the overhead, thus giving us potentially 40-90 cents profit per share in the first quarter...not bad<<

Again I think this is unrealistically optimistic. .10/share profit in the first Q from the BR deal would be extraordinary, IMO. .40-.90 is way out of range.

But .10 profit on revenues of say 25M for the first Q from the BR deal alone will be more than enough for investors to get the idea.
